To ensure all our customers are satisfied with their purchase, BlessWig  now offers hassle-free returns for eligible purchases.

1. What is your return policy?

1)Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns on products (excluding custom and clearance items) where the product or packaging has not been used, cut, altered, worn, or damaged no later than 15 days of the shipping date. Before shipping back any items, please email our online department as we have the right to refuse the package if you send back items without our permission or knowledge.

2)Return Fees

We will charge a $25 restocking fee on all return orders. BlessWig does not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

3)Return follow these steps 

1.Before shipping back any items, please email our online department as we have the right to refuse the package if you send back items without our permission or knowledge. (Include Order# in Email)

2.Please email us with photos of the goods for our reference. We will reply you within 24 hours

3.The shipping fee of return would be paid by customers.

4. Once we receive your return package, we will send you an email regarding your refund.

5. Depending on the returned package you could look to receive your refund within 3 to 4 working days.

“Please note that if you returned the hair untouched and uncut lace the refund process can be refunded faster.

 

Helpful Hint:

1.We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number  for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

2.Returned items must be unworn and unwashed and uncut and unstyled (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with gifts and product package attached. Defective items must be reported with Email within 3 days of receipt.  If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3  days of receiving your package. Report email: [email protected]


Requirements for Returns
:-

In order for your return to qualify for return, the wig MUST be unaltered, in factory perfect condition (for sanitary reasons). For example:

  • No lace that has been trimmed or cut from the unit.
  • No Adhesives or tape have been applied to the unit.
  • Hair has not been cut, trimmed washed, dyed, permed, curled, flat ironed, combed or finger combed.
  • Tags and original packaging are intact.
  • No water or hair products (including shampoo, conditioners, hair spray, mousse, oils, etc.) have been applied to the unit.

All returned units must meet this strict criteria to qualify for a return. Please Note: 

             Full Refund Process

1.If the returning is due to our problems (Such as: Incorrect products, Quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you;

2.If the returning is due to buyer’s fault (Such as: Don’t like/want, Order wrong product/size ), we will remove $20 from your refund as loss of freight and handling.

3.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Easy Return/Exchange Process
If your item qualifies for a return, as stated in the guidelines above, follow this simple 1-2-3 process to complete your return:

  1. Email us regarding your return request
  2. Ship the item(s) to the address provided to you.
  3. An email with a store credit code will be sent to you within two-three business days.

Important Note: The returned item must have; the original hairnet, labels, tags attached, any extra accessories  and most importantly, must not be altered in any way. Items that have been worn, finger combed or exposed to odors such as perfume or cigarette smoke will not be acceptedIf product(s) have been altered, worn, damaged, or tags/packaging tampered with, products will be ineligible and will be mailed back at the sender’s expense. Upon receipt of eligible returns, we will e-mail you a store credit code.

Any shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please ship item(s) with shipping insurance as Blesswig is not responsible for item(s) lost by mail carriers.

3.Please note that original shipping fees will be removed from refund and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.We will not provide return shipping labels. 

Returns/Exchange Policy for Custom Orders

Due to the nature of the item, ALL Sales are FINAL on customized lace wigs. Please take your measurements and select options very carefully. Our team  will make your custom wig according to your exact specifications. Please note, we are not responsible for improper measurements resulting in a wig that does not fit. We are also not responsible for variances in color caused by monitor settings or photographs. If you are looking for a very specific color, we strongly recommend contacting us before choosing your wig colors.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Customized Lace Wigs (when you request for any customization on a wig)  Please note that all sales are Final on these products. Please choose default lengths to avoid this policy.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if the order has not shipped. If the order has shipped, the order can not be cancelled. Please note, there is a $25 order cancellation fee.

2. What is your exchange policy?

1.Before shipping back any items, please email our online department as we have the right to refuse the package if you send back items without our permission or knowledge. (Include Order# in Email)

2.Please email us with a photo of your goods for our reference.

3.We can offer one time FREE exchanges for the items that have not been worn or tampered with. But the customers will be required to pay the shipping fee of sending the item back to us. After we have received the returned package from you we will then ship the exchanged item for free.

4.For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.
